Update: thought I should probably mention that the major sponsors of Berkeley RAD labs are Microsoft, Google and Sun with affiliates including Amazon Web Services, Cisco, HP, NEC all of who have major financial interests in Cloud services ( I doubt RAD would take that into account whilst writing the paper)
